Responsibilities
Determine the best test strategy for assigned areas of test, whether it be manual or automated testing
Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers
Lead testing for small to medium features (e.g., 2-point Jira cards) independently
Mentor junior QA team members and help them expand their product and technical knowledge
Research test tools, methodologies, and trends to improve existing practices and processes
Run, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automated tests in Playwright, partnering with QA teammates to improve test reliability and coverage
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong understanding of QA best practices
Proficiency in test case design, test coverage strategies, and regression testing
Comfortable with SQL and relational databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passionate about quality and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in localization testing
Mobile testing experience
Accessibility testing experience
Automated testing using Playwright
