Extensive experience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts
Current or recent DoD Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
Dispute resolution
Experience leading, planning, conducting and concluding contract negotiations with customers
Ability to integrate and track contractual documents as it pertains to scope
Creative business deal structures
