Responsibilities

Analyze impacts of SAP S/4 global template adoption on spoke applications, including process, data model, and integration changes
Develop Functional and Technical specifications aligned with global architecture standards
Support strategic decision-making by creating Key Decision Documents
Build delivery strategies and coordinate global, local, and third-party teams for build, test, and deployment
Manage risks, issues, and cross-program interdependencies
Partner with Data, Integration, and Development teams to align applications to SAP S/4 processes and data models
Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and scalable

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
10+ years of IT program delivery experience in global environments
10+ years of architecture experience with complex enterprise systems
Strong SAP S/4 experience plus familiarity with Financials, Workday, Salesforce, and related applications
Experience with spoke applications, third‑party integrations, and at least one full SAP implementation
Background handling cutover issues, data transformation, and Jira‑based delivery
