Responsibilities
Process finalized invoices electronically, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Utilize eBillingHub to submit invoices and manage LEDES file uploads as necessary
Oversee the electronic billing lifecycle for assigned clients from invoice submission to payment approval, handling appeals for short-paid invoices as needed
Monitor and follow up on “ebilled” invoices to track status on vendor sites
Address rejected invoices in collaboration with Billing Specialists and attorneys to resolve issues promptly
Communicate all relevant ebilling changes to team members, ensuring clear and timely updates
Lead client transitions from paper to electronic billing for improved efficiency
Handle sensitive information with discretion and care
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth communication
Provide administrative support to managers as needed and assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, preferably within the legal sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and eBilling software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset
