New Grad, Entry LevelDaily Thermetrics is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Coordinator to join our rapidly growing inside sales team. This position is responsible for providing admin support with request for quote requests, sales orders, purchase orders, and building stable client relations.

Responsibilities
Provide support to Sales Team, assist in the preparation of RFQ’s, RFP’s, and sales order processing
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and related data to determine design factors for the purposes of quoting
Provide sales, client support by working directly with engineers to provide the customer with solutions to their specific applications
Build rapport with customers by exceeding service expectations
Assist in receiving and entering purchase orders and ensure on-time shipments
Maintain close working relationship with sales team and clients to ensure that quotes and orders are turned into confirmed orders
Submit and maintain vendor data, manage payment terms, bonds, due dates for deliverables [vendor data/testing documents, etc.,]
Interact with multiple departments including engineering, drafters, QA, purchasing, & manufacturing
Contact clients to resolve issues, engineering changes, and sales questions
Assist with entering quotes and sales orders in ERP system
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Must possess strong technical problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong attention to detail in a dynamic work environment with the ability to consistently recognize changing priorities throughout the day and respond accordingly
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Organized & detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% accuracy
Enthusiastic team player, Creative thinker, focus on bottom-line results
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer other than current employer
Must be fluent in English with ability to communicate highly technical terms/ideas; any other language skills are beneficial
Preferred
