Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis using EBMS-D and other ASBP data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Evaluate and improve current business processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics
Support strategic initiatives by proposing data-driven solutions aligned with ASBP mission objectives
Develop visual representations of business processes to highlight inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Assist in the preparation of briefings, reports, and program documentation for ASBP leadership and stakeholders
Support Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) management, including tracking, documentation, and compliance verification
Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and ensure solutions are implemented effectively
Conduct functional validation and verification of business processes and system data
Provide analytical support for Walking Blood Bank (WBB) operations, donor screening processes, and deployment planning
Assist with other duties as needed

Required

Knowledge of relevant business process standards
Ability to document scope, requirements and functional specifications in a clear and concise manner
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective facilitation and interpersonal skills
Decision making/problem solving and critical thinking skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, operational analysis, or program support
Experience analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights
Experience supporting strategic initiatives and process improvement projects
Ability to travel to locations within the USA and overseas, such as Germany and Japan
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
