Responsibilities
Prepare project permits, specifications, and other miscellaneous submittals
Communicate with utility companies and design team members
Reach out to Utility Owners for utility records and review utility as-built drawings
Attend design team meetings
Execute quality assurance/quality control procedures in accordance with company standards
Develop data tables, reports, and presentation materials
Update plan sheets with direction from engineer
Support subsurface engineering, survey, and data collection field efforts
Assist with meeting material preparation, minutes, and distribution
Organize and maintain revisions of project drawings and project-related information
Assist Project Managers with miscellaneous work
Qualification
Required
0-3 years of civil design, geophysical, and/or survey experience
Close attention to detail, quality processes, and safety procedures
Strong oral and written communication
Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and tasks
Proficient in Word, Excel and PDF/Bluebeam Editor
Valid driver's license
Student of Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Preferred
Colorado Engineering Intern (E.I. or ‘EIT') license preferred or plan to obtain EIT license
