Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with overall Motorola Solutions and objectives, including large flagship events with significant brand presence, smaller events, and local drop-off events, all at scale
Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor management, booth properties, and the development of event timelines for a wide range of events
Track and maintain post event activities including event tagging and lead follow-up to ensure marketing investment is being measured correctly
Collaborate with the Field Marketing, Events Marketing, and Pipeline Expansion Marketing teams to ensure event marketing plans are aligned with overall marketing strategies, encompassing pre-event, on-site, and post-event efforts across all product markets
Around Motorola Solutions Events calendars ensuring proper representation across the entire events landscape
Up to 30% travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree with 0+ years of event planning experience
OR 1+ years of event planning experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred
Project management experience and operational knowledge of Motorola Solutions businesses and enterprise events
Highly proficient organizational and planning skills
Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills when working across multiple cross-functional teams
