Client Service Administrator
Thrivent is seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide administrative support to Flint Hills Group. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on scheduling, communication, and preparing clients for meetings.

Responsibilities
Manage appointment scheduling in Salesforce, prioritizing A/B/C clients and special call lists
Outbound calls to current clients and warm prospects
Execute structured call campaigns for birthdays and focus projects
Confirm appointments, send meeting details, and maintain client folders
Prepare digital, documents to sign, and printed packets (Household Profile, TCP, Choice Dollars, illustrations, tax worksheets)
Answer phones professionally, document calls, and schedule meetings
Assist clients with DocuSign processes and provide guidance on accessing documents
Recognize birthdays and anniversaries, send cards, and maintain client engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Enjoys engaging with people on the phone and in person
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial
Preferred
Bachelors degree or associates degree preferred
Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Salesforce and Docusign preferred
