Responsibilities
Clarify the team’s problem space, goals, and success metrics
Break strategy into small, valuable increments and keep alignment tight
Prep a clear, well‑scoped backlog centered on real user problems
Refine stories and acceptance criteria with Design & Engineering
Manage dependencies and support defect/Sev triage
Help plan customer conversations, research, and experiments
Track assumptions, tests, and prototypes
Turn insights into actionable next steps
Partner on instrumentation and key KPIs
Maintain lightweight dashboards and metrics
Track adoption, usage, and outcome impact post‑launch
Keep product artifacts organized and accessible
Share clear updates on progress, risks, and learnings
Help maintain strong execution hygiene and outcome focus
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2–4 years in a tech environment, ideally B2B or SaaS
Experience or exposure to empowered product teams and/or Product Operating Model is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a drive for outcomes over outputs
Basic understanding of Agile and dual‑track discovery/delivery
Experience with SaaS, digital products, or data/analytics platforms
Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
Technology enthusiast demonstrated through work experience, hobbies, and/or education
Agile Mindset – the ability to work in an iterative manner that allows for rapid prototyping, effective feedback loops, and the ability to meet aggressive timelines
