Responsibilities
Designs enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud or digital solutions
Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions
Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies
Leads enterprise architecture, including ensuring architecture is ready to support AI capabilities
Maintains daily communication with Government leads on requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals and milestones, and support needs
Oversees all architecture work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers, reports on business area progress at performance improvement meetings, and helps identify opportunities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture
Experience leading matrixed teams and delivering complex, crosscutting programs
Ability to facilitate collaboration and share insight with both Government and contractor personnel
Ability to propose and direct major technology assignments
Ability to coordinate milestones and performance metrics
Master's degree
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
