Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation
Manage the company website, including design updates, content management, and performance optimization
Monitor marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contract transportation work, including crafting proposals and coordinating with internal teams
Analyze proposal requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns
Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and basic design skills
Experience responding to RFPs or similar proposal processes
Strong background in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns
Proven experience in IT management, including hardware, software, and vendor relations
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Familiarity with transportation or logistics technology systems
General Marketing Abilities
Graphic design experience or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
