Responsibilities

Support business processes in the ERP environment of Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Integration Prometheus, Kyriba, Pathlock etc
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business requirements & processes, document processes, and identify gaps between current state and desired future state within Oracle AP, Payments & other P2P modules
Solution Design and Configuration: Translating business requirements into techno-functional specifications, configuring Oracle Fusion AP modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets) to meet those needs, and developing solutions that align with best practices
Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototype testing, training, define support procedures, and implement workable business solutions
Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Translate user’s requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications
Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact upon the global template
Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (i.e.. system users, company management, consultants, software support staff)
Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new Fusion enhancements or implementations
Supports operation controllers, cost accountants, corporate accountants and other business subject matter experts to identify Oracle Fusion application enhancements and process improvements
Identify, design and document business process improvements that leverage Oracle Fusion to provide sustainable solutions, meet business needs, and increase efficiency
Translates solution requirements into functional and technical specifications
Performs configuration in Oracle Fusion based on functional specifications
Performs unit testing to properly test functional changes made in the system
Prepares test documents that make a test a repeatable process
Works with the technical developer as needed
Develop business user acceptance test plans and scripts
Considers benefits, risks, and potential impacts to other systems and Oracle Fusion when evaluating solutions
Troubleshoot, develop and implement solutions to break/fix situations
Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and internal audit requirements, change management process
Assists in the implementation and post-implementation process
Produces configuration documents that make a change a repeatable process

Required

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of technical experience
Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Module
Secondary Experience in SCM (Procurement, AP, Plant Maintenance)
Experience with the new Redwood UI
Experience with VSBC, FBDI, and other reporting/development tools
3+ years of manufacturing experience

Preferred

Masters degree
10+ years of technical experience
Experience with OCI and OIC
Experience with Asset Management in Oracle Fusion
Working with senior management teams /executives
Excellent user communication skills both oral and written
Very customer service focused with the ability to gather business requirements and translate into functional solutions
Knowledge of Oracle EPM a plus
