Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst II

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories. Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans
Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans. Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices
Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models
Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in workforce planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on workforce planning, HR analytics, or strategic HR
Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAC, SAP SuccessFactors)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of labor market trends and HR best practices
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience with workforce planning software is a plus
