Mid LevelThe Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Localization Project Manager who will utilize a translation management system (TMS) to coordinate the localization of Superbook content into targeted languages. This role facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

Responsibilities
Utilize a translation management system (TMS) to coordinate the localization of Superbook websites, episodes, Superbook Bible app, and Academy content into targeted languages and cultural adaptations
Manage localization across multiple platforms (web, app, learning platforms) and ensure consistency in content and functionality
Support linguists, reviewers, and volunteers in the localization process
Communicate cross-culturally and work with virtual teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, digital media, designers, and regional offices
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of website development, website localization, and web content management
Computer skills to include MS Office and MS Teams with ability to learn new software
Experience coordinating localization across multiple platforms (web, app, learning platforms) and ensuring consistency in content and functionality
Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to details. Ability to handle multiple projects keeping sight of the big picture while working with stakeholders simultaneously and tracking detailed milestones
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate cross-culturally and work with virtual teams
Strong project and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects, maintain schedule, and consistently meet deadlines
Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and detailed follow-through
Critical thinker with ability to research and pursue various avenues of information gathering
Innovative with ability to demonstrate wide degree of creativity and problem-solving
Strong ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
Ability to work well under pressure and work flexible hours
Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's nonprofit Christian mission
Preferred
Experience managing a Translation Management System (TMS) and supporting linguists, reviewers, and volunteers is preferred
Keen interest in TMS technology, process, and emerging trends
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, digital media, designers, and regional offices
