Administration Analyst

Responsibilities

Independently performs varied and complex technical and professional-level analytical staff work related to OPM’s operations, contracts, personnel, fiscal and budget functions
Responsible for resolving complex governmental administrative problems
Providing consultative services to management and others
Assigned program and administrative related responsibilities that ensure effective interpretation and implementation of the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975 (Act), the California Code of Regulations, Title 28 (Regulations), Federal Health Care Reform and program policies and procedures

Required

The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

Statement of Qualifications - The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a MANDATORY requirement to apply for this position. The SOQ will answer specific questions and provide insight to the hiring manager regarding the candidate's education, training, experience, and skills to meet the minimum and desirable qualifications for the position

Experience in employee relations, recruitment/hiring process, timekeeping
Experience with budgets, procurement and contracts
