Responsibilities
Update collection Spreadsheet for associations on late date; late fee; interest fees; admin cost
Verify information on each account and ensure data regarding collections is accurate
Charge appropriate fees including administrative and late fees and mail out late notices following each association’s assessment policies
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Coordinate filing of liens, foreclosure, and/or payment plans with attorney
Upload all liens, foreclosures, etc. to owner records
Generate and mail welcome letter & coupons for new accounts
Download & upload payments made through owner portal and bank daily
Make copies of reports and file daily
Pickup mail from Post Office and deposit run for non-first federal checks twice a week
Prepare all inhouse checks with account numbers for bank’s pickup
File other check deposits, cleared checks and financial reports
Help with mailing and processing tax returns
Other duties as assigned
