Responsibilities
Develop and refine financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions and enhance business performance
Lead the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Conduct comprehensive variance and trend analyses, identifying risks and opportunities to drive financial strategies
Act as a trusted advisor, bridging Finance with key business units like Store Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising
Present data-driven insights to senior leaders and drive actionable outcomes through collaborative reviews
Uncover and address key business performance risks and opportunities, delivering solutions to complex financial challenges
Serve as the go-to expert for investigating and addressing ad hoc business questions with data-driven insights
Support the Finance Manager/Sr. Director in critical projects and analyses, contributing to high-impact initiatives
Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
Expertise in analyzing large datasets and presenting findings clearly
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, P&L statements, and financial problem-solving
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA is highly desirable
Knowledge of database warehouse tools (e.g., MicroStrategy) is a plus
