Software Engineer (Volunteer)
Career Launch Tech Initiative (CLTI) is a nonprofit organization focused on equipping underserved communities with technology and resources for career development. They are seeking a Volunteer Software Engineer to provide software engineering support for impactful projects, collaborating closely with partner companies while gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the engineering team of a partner company to design, develop, and maintain software solutions
Build scalable and efficient applications
Leverage knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance project outcomes
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and align technical solutions accordingly
Qualification
Required
Collaborate with the engineering team of a partner company to design, develop, and maintain software solutions

Leverage knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance project outcomes

Preferred
Master's student or graduate in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a plus
Passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful social impact
Strong communication and teamwork skills
