Responsibilities
Conduct in-person consultations with prospects at their homes or on job sites
We qualify the leads for you! Your goal is to understand their vision, budget, and functional needs
Educate clients on outdoor construction options, materials, and timelines
Collaborate with the design and estimating team to develop customized proposals
Present and close high-value projects and manage the transition to production
Track and report sales metrics while maintaining a strong follow-up cadence
Cold calls and follow up with past and present leads. Also contacting new construction home builders for inquiries
Qualification
Required
Have 3–5 years of in-home or face-to-face sales experience, especially in construction, home remodeling, or luxury goods
Understand residential construction processes and are familiar with outdoor building elements such as framing, decking, drainage, and permitting
Are skilled at reading blueprints, site plans, and conveying design concepts to homeowners
Can confidently discuss premium materials such as composite decking, aluminum railings, and outdoor lighting integration
Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in managing your schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups
Enjoy helping homeowners navigate major purchasing decisions with confidence and care
Have a flexible schedule and can work independently when called upon
