Responsibilities
Conducting vulnerability assessments: Regularly scanning systems and networks to identify security weaknesses
Developing and implementing remediation plans: Collaborating with IT teams to address and fix vulnerabilities
Monitoring and reporting: Keeping track of vulnerability trends and reporting findings to management
Validating the vulnerability findings in various areas - servers, desktops/laptops, network, IOT & cloud environments
Staying updated: Keeping abreast of the latest security threats and vulnerabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong vulnerability management experience
Strong analytical skills
Great communication skills that can build relationships
Ability to work with engineers to streamline ongoing processes
5 Years of Vulnerability Management
8 Years of Cyber Security experience
Technical proficiency: Knowledge of vulnerability management tools like Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7, Splunk, Axonius & Microsoft Azure
Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with teams
Meticulous approach to identifying and addressing security issues
