Required
Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning strategies to successfully guide clients in meeting their long-term goals
Knowledge in Finance and Investments to provide well-supported advice and solutions tailored to clients' individual financial needs
Experience in delivering Financial Advisory services with a client-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting client relationships and collaborative partnerships
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications such as CFP®, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
Proficiency in financial advisory software and tools is an advantage
