Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (automotive preferred)
Experience with interior trim systems and manufacturing processes (injection molding, die casting, thixomolding, covering, mechanical assembly, welding, post-processing, weakening)
Working knowledge of CAD tools
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Proven ability to manage project timing, cost, and technical requirements
Experience creating and managing Gantt charts
