HR Representative

Banking
Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR systems and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files
Provide administrative support in performance management, training, and HR events
Assist in the semi-monthly payroll process by collecting time and attendance data from electronic payroll system
Assist with payroll entry as volume increases
Support audits related to HR practices, payroll, and employee benefits
Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs
Coordinate internal communications related to HR updates and events
Attend job fairs with other HR staff members
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree with focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in an HR support, analyst, or coordinator role preferred
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and reporting tools is a plus
