Responsibilities

Originate loans across Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR
Build and manage a pipeline of investors, builders, and developers
Drive deals from quote to application to close
Collect and package documentation to keep files clean and moving
Partner with internal operations to ensure fast closings and a high-trust client experience
