Responsibilities
Answers and directs calls to/from internal and external clients
Establishes a compassionate and respectful environment for our clients and team members
Welcomes visitors warmly and promptly
Assists guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested
Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed; Ensures client files are created and terminated properly
Assists with tasks related to Homecare Aide employment and recruitment, including but not limited to: employee intake, file maintenance, orientation, continuing education, and evaluation schedules
Maintains inventory of office supplies, and orders supplies as needed
Assists the Home Care program with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers
Upholds and maintains the office COVID-19 response
Follows emergency policy and procedures, and fulfills education and certification requirements
Works independently and/or within a team on special ongoing and nonrecurring projects
Promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in a general study or related field and one or more years' experience
Two or more years of related homecare experience
Working knowledge of PCs including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment
