Responsibilities
Support procurement and strategic sourcing activities through data collection, supplier comparisons, and analysis
Assist with spend analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
Help organize supplier documentation, contracts, and compliance materials
Support supplier onboarding and performance tracking efforts
Assist with supply chain planning, inventory, or operational analyses as needed
Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership
Participate in process improvement initiatives within procurement
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or supply chain management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is a plus
