Responsibilities
HC Domain knowledge is required
Design and develop data integration solutions using PL/SQL and TALEND ETL to ensure seamless data flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data efficiently ensuring data integrity and quality
Utilize SQL for querying and managing data within data warehousing environments
Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes
Optimize data integration workflows to improve performance and scalability
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data warehousing and integration
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve codebase
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and integration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Possess strong expertise in PL/SQL TALEND ETL and SQL for data integration tasks
Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Demonstrate experience in the payer domain understanding its specific requirements and challenges
Exhibit proficiency in data integration and management ensuring data quality and integrity
Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
Display ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
