Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects
Validate project objectives and feasibility
Guide engineering teams on risk analysis, alternatives, and conceptual designs
Oversee and administer EPC contracts in accordance with governance standards
Negotiate third-party contracts when needed
Develop and champion company-wide best practices
Present to Officers and senior leadership
Resolve project conflicts and mentor junior project managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
8+ years of project management experience (9+ years for utility candidates)
Strong experience in process improvement, communication, and stakeholder management
Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive narratives
PMP certification required (must be active)
Preferred
Experience with Electric Operations, utilities, or infrastructure programs
Knowledge of CPUC, environmental permitting, land acquisition, and EPC contracting
Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills
