Engage in additional As You Are trainings
Participate in recruitment efforts
Facilitate As You Are program with mentor facilitator
Facilitate Health Ed guest lecture with mentor facilitator
Work with team to identify and complete administrative activities, such as refining program materials and scheduling vital meetings
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree
Facilitation experience
A combination of education and/or experience may substitute
Strong commitment to fostering an environment where everyone matters and can thrive
Timely responsiveness
Strong communication and organizational skills
Open to feedback
Preferred
Experience working with and delivering the AYA curriculum
