Responsibilities
Collaborate with product design teams and subsystem lead engineers to define test requirements
Develop, document, and mature test plans, test procedures, and testing processes
Execute test procedures and ensure adherence to engineering and industry standards
Train technical personnel and provide hands‑on technical support as needed
Implement and optimize test automation methods and tools
Prepare and present detailed test reports for engineering leadership
Serve as a subject‑matter resource on test methodologies and equipment
Qualification
Required
0–2+ years of engineering or laboratory testing experience
Knowledge of electrical test equipment (power supplies, DMMs, source meters)
Familiarity with battery systems, PV solar cells, and environmental/vibration testing
Experience using laboratory software such as LabView, MATLAB, ANSYS, or similar
Understanding of test automation practices
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering– OR an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering + 2 years of related experience
Strong communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English
