Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the client service model by assisting with benefit plan analysis, documentation, scheduling, meeting notes, and maintaining accurate client records and open-item logs
Facilitate key processes such as preparing financial and benchmarking reports, supporting carrier/vendor marketing (RFPs, product comparisons), and assisting with compliance deliverables and benefit communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors while responding to client inquiries, conducting research, and escalating issues to senior team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Life, Accident & Health License required (or must be obtained within 90 days)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to perform accurately in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency in organizing and documenting work
Desire to grow knowledge of employee benefits, financial analysis, and industry trends
