Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Create design solutions that have a high visual impact
Up-to-date knowledge of design software, and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
Demonstrate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acobat. Proficiency with InDesign Master Pages and Style Sheets a must
Ability to adhere to established guidelines ie: archiving files
Interpret the needs of internal project managers and develop concepts to suit their purpose
Communicate with internal project managers to redefine requirements within the constraints of cost and time
Ability to collaborate with graphics team, as well as work independently to meet deadlines
Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revision, maintaining a keen attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent in education and experience
Minimum three years' professional experience in graphics environment

Preferred
Photography experience preferred — with emphasis on product and display photography
