Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, workflows, and approval processes
Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage Salesforce Lightning capabilities
Work with cross-functional teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Utilize development tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT & AutoRABIT for deployments and version control
Develop integrations, dashboards, and custom objects to support business functionalities
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure seamless application performance
Collaborate with offshore development/support teams, ensuring code quality, timely updates, and smooth transitions
Follow best practices for coding, unit testing, documentation, and configuration management
Support the installation of managed packages, AppExchange tools, and automation solutions
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and associated development tools
Experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, workflows, and approval processes
Ability to build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage Salesforce Lightning capabilities
Experience working with cross-functional teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies
Utilization of development tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT & AutoRABIT for deployments and version control
Development of integrations, dashboards, and custom objects to support business functionalities
