Responsibilities
Support the Director of Employee and Community Engagement in planning, coordinating, and executing internal events, ERG activations, and volunteer initiatives
Draft and edit internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and engagement updates that highlight employee and community programs
Assist in organizing logistics for volunteer activities and social impact campaigns, including tracking participation and gathering feedback
Collaborate with ERG leaders and cross-functional partners to help bring engagement programming and cultural initiatives to life
Maintain organized documentation, calendars, and engagement metrics to support ongoing program evaluation and reporting
Qualification
Required
