Responsibilities
Lead the design of IDMC-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise data strategy
Develop and implement data integration workflows using IDMC services, enabling seamless connectivity across diverse source systems
Define and implement governance and quality frameworks leveraging IDMC capabilities
Monitor and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and reliability
Partner with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs
Ensure robust testing of data workflows and integrations
Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and processes
Build reporting solutions to validate data processes and support business insights
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and data quality principles in a cloud environment
Hands-on expertise in building end-to-end data management solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze and optimize data workflows
Familiarity with Source-to-Target mapping and ability to provide actionable recommendations
Knowledge of technology and software development processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in data management and integration solutions, with at least 2+ years focused on cloud-based platforms
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and integration
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Certifications in Informatica IDMC or related technologies are highly desirable
Preferred
Experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
Familiarity with Informatica MDM and IDQ is a plus
