The Staff Accountant will evaluate complex transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and complete balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analyses to support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities
Calculate, review and process journal entries and balance sheet/account reconciliation in preparation for month-end and/or quarter-end processing
Posting daily cash activities
Evaluate transactions and record to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete
Compile and analyze complex accounting information to provide management with accounting information necessary to make critical business decisions
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience
Two years of demonstrated experience of accounting principles and GL systems
