Qualification
Required
Organized
Knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills
Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers
Reliable transportation to and from the office
Ability to work on call
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Experience in the HVAC/Construction industry
Bilingual preferred but not required
Willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, for on-call rotations
