We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Administrator to join our team and support our operations, managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, and social media management.

Responsibilities
Manage the contract lifecycle for new hires, including creation, review, and renewal
Oversee the credentialing process for all healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Create, design, and post engaging social media graphics and content across all company platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Develop and implement strategies to increase our online presence and grow the number of connections and followers
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement
Assist in recruiting support technicians by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
Maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline
Oversee supply inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies
Assist in the development and redevelopment of modernizing products and services to enhance our offerings
Gather and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in HR administration, social media management, and office management
Strong knowledge of contract management and credentialing processes
Proficiency in graphic design tools and social media platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
