Supports Coordinator Supervisor - Developmental Disabilities Services

The Supports Coordinator Supervisor will oversee a team of Supports Coordinators, ensuring the delivery of person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Supports Coordinators and promote best practices in service delivery
Review case documentation and service plans to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff
Attend provider and Administrative Entity meetings to advocate for quality services
Offer caseload coverage when needed and support onboarding for new team members
Maintain positive relationships with individuals served, their families, and providers
Foster a team culture grounded in SAM’s mission, vision, and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, Criminal Justice, or a related human services field
At least two years of experience as a Supports Coordinator or equivalent human services experience (total of 6 years including education/experience with required college coursework)
Ability to lead and support a team with professionalism and empathy
Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed service
