Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and analysis (Plans, LBE, LRP) for P&L and balance sheet metrics
Support financial planning processes and maintain planning calendars
Develop tools/templates for financial consolidation and reporting
Manage monthly financial performance metrics (sales, expenses, CCC, IBP)
Provide financial support to Global Marketing; assist with budgeting and forecasting
Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and revenue tie-outs
Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and projections
Maintain finance scorecard and support cross-business analytics
Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Position requires 7+ years of finance experience to include roles of increasing responsibility in accounting and/or finance
Strong Excel skills, demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to provide data and analysis to support decision making, methodical approach to problem solving and rational ideas supporting them, ability to keep learning and to teach others, traditional accounting knowledge and facilitator of management needs, streamlining functions within the department and an efficient work ethic
Preferred
Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Experience in global marketing finance support
Manufacturing experience background is a requirement
Recent exposure to Fortune 500 is a requirement
