Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

Set up new jobs in the ATS and manage all internal and external job postings
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data, ensuring high standards of data integrity
Assist in managing candidate correspondence, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication
Manage the full interview process including rejecting candidates, ensuring prompt feedback from Hiring Managers and Recruiters, and scheduling interviews including all travel logistics and contacting non-responsive candidates
Conduct reference checks as requested by Recruiters or Hiring Managers
Request background checks and drug screens and track progress
Close jobs in the ATS and notify all candidates once a position has been filled
Coordinate with HR, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and candidates throughout the onboarding process
Send first-day reminders and instructions to both managers and new hires
Assist with career fairs and hiring events, maintain recruiting swag inventory, and ensure all materials are prepared and shipped
Provide ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition and HR team members including reporting, data tracking, document uploads, and spreadsheets

Required

Highly effective customer service skills, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette, diplomacy, and urgency
Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to routine customer service issues and make sound decisions
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and independence
