Sales Development Representative
Corserva is a leading U.S.-based IT managed service provider that delivers secure, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. They are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through digital channels, thereby expanding the customer base for their Corserva 360 IT management platform.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through digital platforms, including LinkedIn and website inquiries
Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Corserva’s services and solutions
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and content
Coordinate with sales executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the IT services industry
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools
Understanding of IT managed services and solutions is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
