Ability Builders is an Autism therapy organization seeking experienced BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism in Northern Virginia or Maryland. The role involves administering behavioral assessments, developing individualized goals, and supervising behavior technicians while ensuring the implementation of effective behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures
Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)
