Benefit Services Sales Executive
isolved is a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions that help organizations recruit, retain and elevate their workforce. The Benefit Services Sales Executive will be responsible for selling isolved's product line to achieve long-term revenue growth and will establish and maintain relationships with partners while also prospecting for new partnerships.

Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains relationships with partners, including but not limited to needs analyses, recordkeeping, proposal and quotes, renewals and service
Prospects for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals and other activities
Educates and trains partners to effectively represent and sell isolved products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience
4+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required
