Director of Revenue Operations

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the processes and systems that power the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the global Revenue Operations strategy, aligning closely with executive leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Own the end-to-end revenue technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and integrated platforms, ensuring optimal configuration, data integrity, and user adoption
Develop, implement, and continually refine scalable processes and methodologies across the entire customer lifecycle to maximize efficiency, accelerate deal velocity, and enhance customer satisfaction
Lead the design and implementation of robust reporting and analytics, providing critical insights into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, campaign performance, and customer lifetime value
Drive forecasting excellence and pipeline management by establishing clear methodologies, providing accurate data, and enabling effective sales leadership
Oversee sales compensation plan design and administration, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving desired behaviors
Champion data governance best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of critical revenue data across all systems
Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Revenue Operations professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their impact
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, financial planning, and revenue recognition processes
Leverage AI and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy, optimize lead scoring, streamline sales processes, and drive more predictive, data driven decision making across the revenue funnel
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations leadership roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, optimization, and strategic utilization as the core revenue platform
Deep understanding of the entire revenue lifecycle (marketing, sales, customer success) and how to optimize interdependencies
Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of translating complex data into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing and developing global or geographically dispersed teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively at all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion with significant business impact
Experience with other key revenue technologies (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success platforms)
A strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence
