Responsibilities

Advise and arrange corporate travel for individual and group business clients
Research and analyze travel options while proactively anticipating traveler needs
Book and manage domestic and international travel (air, rail, car, hotel)
Use Travelport (Apollo) and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Ensure compliance with client travel policies and regulatory requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service using professional phone and communication skills
Resolve travel issues quickly and independently, coordinating with suppliers as needed
Collaborate with teammates to mentor, coach, and continuously improve service quality
Safeguard traveler data and handle information with integrity

Required

2+ years of recent corporate travel experience using Travelport (Apollo)
Strong understanding of the travel industry (corporate, leisure, or airline reservations)
Passion for delivering proactive, high-quality client service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation (availability must be listed on resume)
Bachelor's Degree
Background check required
Must list full availability on resume to be considered
