Responsibilities
Own and execute the application testing process for internal and external applications, including end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Execute test scripts, accurately document and report defects, and perform efficient retesting to validate fixes
Collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to resolve real-time technical issues and perform root cause analysis
Develop a strong working understanding of the technical solutions being delivered to effectively support testing and operational needs
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA testing role
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
SAP knowledge is preferred
Experience or exposure to Agile development methodologies
