Responsibilities
Providing an exceptional, engaging, and value-added showroom consultation for customers, whether it be a planned visit or walk-in
Supporting customers via telephone, booking appointments, sharing information, and uncovering their needs
Partnering with dealers and trade professionals to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships
Maintaining a beautiful and comfortable work environment, for both your team and guests
Executing a seamless retail hand-off and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installation
Partnering with the Showroom Manager to ensure consistent high-quality service and follow-up, incorporating feedback and taking initiative in developing ongoing product knowledge
Supporting promotional showroom activity/events and overall operations
Maintaining positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients encouraging additional referral leads and repeat business
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years retail sales environment; preferably luxury retail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Experience utilizing computer systems to track data (CRM)
Preferred
Basic exposure to design/merchandising a plus, but not required
