Responsibilities
Handle substantive litigation work from case inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with a high level of responsibility
Manage deadlines, client communications, and case strategy with increasing autonomy
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
Qualification
Required
1–6 years of litigation experience
Background in civil litigation, construction defect, and/or business litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Active California Bar license in good standing
Ability to manage cases independently while working well within a team
Preferred
Dual licensure in Nevada and/or Texas is a plus, but not required
